PORTARIA DO DIRETOR-GERAL Nº 43, DE 2005

O DIRETOR-GERAL DO SENADO FEDERAL, no uso de suas atribuições regimentais que lhe confere o art. 320, da Resolução nº 09, de 1997, que altera o Regulamento Administrativo do Senado Federal, RESOLVE:

Art. 1º - Constituir Comissão Especial destinada à preparação da alienação de bens patrimoniais do PRODASEN.

Art. 2º - Designar os servidores CLEBER AZEVEDO SILVA, matrícula 4142-SF, CLEOMEDES PEREIRA DOS SANTOS, matrícula 101464-PD, HELENA RODRIGUES BARROS, matricula 103266-PD, OLGA AMÉRICA SOUSA ALMEIDA, matrícula 368-PD, CARMEM LÚCIA CRUVINEL, matricula 4857-SF, JOSÉ OLIVAR CAMPOS DA SILVA, matrícula 52052-SF, JAIRO JOSÉ DE OLIVEIRA, matrícula 1021601, EDMUNDO CRUZ PEREIRA, matrícula 104039- PD, JUAREZ DE OLIVIERA, matrícula 103990, SILVIA REGINA MARQUES MAGALHÃES, matricula 103424-PD e JANETE MAIA DOS SANTOS, matricula 3337-SEEP.

Art. 3º - A Comissão Especial será presidida pelo servidor CLEBER AZEVEDO SILVA e, em seus eventuais impedimentos, pelo servidor CLEOMEDES PAREIRA DOS SANTOS.

Art. 4º - Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, com prazo de 120 (cento e vinte) dias para conclusão dos trabalhos.
